Characteristics of the wine: a pleasant, soft dry wine with a pleasant sweet finish; pleasant acids in the mouth, without aggressive acids, soft but refreshing. Quite dense wine both on the eye and on the palate. Alcohols give a pleasant feeling of warmth and sweetness. Soft tannins, very well integrated into the wine. Fruitiness dominates, apple, pear, some lemon notes. From the spicy aromas, the first impression is a tobacco note, followed by vanilla as a result of the influence of the wood in which it was nurtured.
