Graševina                 

Apolitico Graševina is a crystal clear and shiny wine, deep light yellow color with a green reflection. On the nose, there are pronounced fruit aromas, juicy apple, citrus, herbal notes and freshly cut grass. The taste is full and serious, with a pleasing freshness. An excellent ratio of alcohol, acids and malt in wine. Serious and complex, with pronounced drinkability of the wine.

Apolitico Graševina is the winner of bronze medals at the most prestigious Decanter World Wine Awards in 2021, 2022 and 2023.

Sauvignon Blanc               

Apolitico Sauvignon Blanc is a crystal clear and bright wine, light yellow in color with a green reflection. On the nose, there are pronounced fruit aromas, grapefruit, gooseberry, green apple, herbal notes of fresh paprika and the scent of green grass. The taste is dominated by freshness, which gives drinkability to this wine. One drinking calls for another and that is one of the most important features of this wine. The body is light, and the alcohol is very pleasant, which is not felt either in the smell or in the taste.

Apolitico Sauvignon Blanc won a silver medal at the most prestigious Decanter World Wine Awards in 2021.

Chardonnay                          

Apolitico Chardonnay is a fresh and elegant wine, crystalline green-yellow in color, with its rich aroma reminiscent of apple, pear, tropical fruit and old peach varieties. The taste of the wine is extremely full and rich, with pleasant durability and freshness.

Apolitico Chardonnay won a silver medal at the most prestigious Decanter World Wine Awards in 2022.

Rosé                           

Apolitico Rosé (pinot noir) is a brilliant and clear wine, salmon-colored, with slightly darker edges. The nose is dominated by pleasant fruitiness, delicate raspberry and cherry. The taste is full, dense and strong. Wonderful freshness breaks the weight of the wine and gives it excellent drinkability.

Cabernet Franc

Apolitico Cabernet Franc is an exciting, refined and complex wine with a dark ruby color. The aroma reveals dried berries, cherries, pepper and herbs, while the taste is delicious, lively, soft with fine tannins and a long finish.

Apolitico Cabernet Franc is the winner of the gold medal at the most prestigious Decanter World Wine Awards in 2023.

Čaruga              

Apolitico Čaruga is a warm wine, partly because of the influence of alcohol and glycerol, partly because of its complexity. The fullness of the wine speaks of the excellent raw material and everything that the vineyard brought to this wine. Pleasant wine, all flavor components are in the right proportions and give a complete impression. Pronounced fruity aroma of red and black fruits, especially cherries, currants, blueberries, but also prunes. In addition to the fruitiness, the aromas resulting from the aging of the wine, light burning, smoke and pleasant vanilla stand out.

Apolitico Čaruga is the winner of the silver and bronze medals at the most prestigious Decanter World Wine Awards in 2021 and 2023.

Maestoso

Apolitico Maestoso is a complex, creamy, warm and pleasant wine. Extremely soft acids, which is the result of malolactic acid, a dry wine with a delicious finish in the mouth. Fairly dense wine with extremely soft tannins. Alcohol unobtrusive and discreet. It lasts a long time in the mouth. A complex aroma, dominated by nuts, the most prominent being almond, hazelnut. Of the fruit aromas, ripe fruit trees, figs, and ripe peaches stand out. The smell of butter, the crust of bread are just some of the aromas that can be found while enjoying this wine.

Apolitico Maestoso is the winner of the bronze medal at the most prestigious Decanter World Wine Awards in 2023.

Anđeo s greškom, red wine            

Apolitico Anđeo s greškom (Angel with a mistake) – red is a drinkable, pleasant and very harmonious wine; behind the pronounced fruity aroma, fresh and thinner wine is often expected, which is not the case in this wine. Special mention should be made of the soft acids that have been softened by malolactic fermentation and give a pleasant, harmonious impression in the mouth. A wine of pleasant intensity and duration in the mouth. It has a pronounced fruity aroma of red and black fruits, especially cherries, currants and blueberries.

Anđeo s greškom, white wine          

Apolitico Anđeo s greškom (Angel with a mistake) – white is a pleasant, soft dry wine with a pleasant sweet finish; pleasant acids in the mouth, without aggressive acids, soft but refreshing. Quite dense wine both on the eye and on the palate. The alcohols give a pleasant feeling of warmth and sweetness. Soft tannins are very well integrated into the wine. Fruitiness dominates, apple, pear, some lemon notes. From the spicy aromas, the first impression is a tobacco note, followed by vanilla as a result of the influence of the wood in which it was nurtured.
